Due to rising demand across the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey markets, Lattitude is expanding our Sales Development Representative team. We work directly with homeowners to deliver modern energy and home improvement solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term savings. Our growth has been driven by strong customer satisfaction and consistent enrollment results, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help us continue that momentum.

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative who enjoys working with customers, building trust, thrives in an energetic environment, and looks forward to guiding homeowners through smart improvement decisions. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be engaging directly with customers in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Attend pre-set appointments with customers to finalize roofing and home improvement sales

  • Complete hands-on training to develop a strong understanding of roofing and home improvement solutions.

  • Engage directly with customers in a professional, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to provide solutions.

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial conversation through enrollment.

  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and confidence at every step.

  • Educate customers on product features, savings opportunities, and service details.

  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all company representations.

  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representative team members to improve performance, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.

  • Address customer questions or concerns with care, using problem-solving skills to deliver a smooth and positive experience. 


What We’re Looking For In A Sales Development Representative:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in sales, account management, client relations, customer service, home improvement, or solar is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and professional.

  • Team-focused attitude with a desire to grow and contribute to shared success within the Sales Development Representative team.

  • Commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer-first values.

  • Reliable transportation for local travel within the territory is a must.
